What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive and check incoming stock
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
• Operate forklift for loading and unloading
• Arrange deliveries with transport companies
• Track shipments and resolve any issues quickly
• Communicate with customers on delivery updates
• Work closely with our head office on shipments and ETAs
• Occasionally assist technicians on-site (equipment handling/support)

What We’re Looking For

• Forklift licence (essential)
• Experience in warehouse or logistics (preferred)
• Reliable, hands-on, and takes ownership of tasks
• Able to work both independently and within a team
• Good communication skills
• Experience in solar, electrical, or battery industry is a bonus
• Mandarin speaking is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to support business growth
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness
• Manage and optimise website content, social media platforms, and marketing materials to enhance brand visibility
• Lead the development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and case studies
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives

Events & Promotions

• Plan and deliver trade shows, exhibitions, training sessions, and partner events
• Oversee event logistics including venue coordination, materials preparation, and on-site execution
• Evaluate event outcomes and provide insights to improve future initiatives and ROI

Partner & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and reseller partners to drive co-branded marketing initiatives
• Liaise with external marketing agencies, media partners, and suppliers to ensure effective campaign delivery
• Provide marketing support and resources to partners while ensuring brand consistency

Brand & Communications

• Maintain and strengthen ESY Sunhome brand positioning and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Create and manage content for newsletters, social media, and promotional campaigns
• Enhance online presence and implement strategies to improve brand awareness and engagement

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, and lead generation metrics
• Prepare reports with actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies and ROI
• Maintain marketing databases and support data-driven decision-making

Administrative Support

• Provide general marketing and administrative support as required
• Assist with coordination of internal activities, documentation, and marketing operations

About You

• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing or a related role
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with digital marketing, content creation, or event coordination preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus

About You

• Proven BDM, channel sales or installer-facing sales experience
• Experience in solar, electrical, energy, building or construction industries preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
• Commercially driven and comfortable closing deals
• Able to manage your own time, territory and pipeline
• Full Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and electrician inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
• Provide on-site support for system installations, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with our headquarters to create customized circuit connection diagrams tailored to client needs.
• Monitor system performance data, analyse anomalies, and ensure optimal device functionality.
• Collect and document post-installation feedback to enhance technical and application functionality.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist in managing sales orders and inventory processes.
• Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials and proofread technical documentation for accuracy.
• Travel interstate as needed to support customer sites and installations.
• Be willing to hit the road – must have a valid driver’s license and own car.
• Assist with sales or administrative tasks as required by the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Solar Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical engineering principles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Internship or project experience in renewable energy is an advantage.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support communication with international teams.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
