Q: Do all the AC ports support 6000W output?

A: For the AU version, the maximum output of HM6 is 6000W in total, which means the sum of the power of home loads and back-up loads.
Q: Does HM6 support AC-coupled retrofit design?

A: Yes, HM6 supports AC-coupled design, can be achieved by either leaving the PV+/PV- ports unconnected or replaced the current DC-coupled inverter with our All-in-one system, which we highly recommend.
Q: What’s the time frame for back-up to kick in during power outage?

A: Tests in factory have been done, HM6 can achieve seamless switching, within microseconds and you might not even notice the light flickering.
Q: Need 800mm clearance above it..

A: We recommend Max. 6 batteries.
Q: Can they use in 2 parallel HM6 single phase?

A: We don’t support HM6 parallel connection at this stage. As we are optimizing the design of HM12 (AC output power=12kW) and will launch late this year, clients can choose HM12 which will be a more efficient and cost-effective solution.
Q: Does my HM6 need regular maintenance?

A: HM6 is maintenance free device. The connection to Internet allows remote software updates.
Q: HM6 is one-phase system, can I connect it to a 3-phase grid?

A: Yes, you can. The electrician can pull out L/N/PE from the 3-phase MCB.
Q: What is the Regular Mode in ESYSunhome APP?

A: It is the default setting for HM6 All-in-one system. In this mode, the load will be powered first, and the excess power will be charged to the battery first, and then supply back to the grid.
Q: Why cannot I see the flow line in the APP from PV to the HM6 system?

A: In the case of weak sunlight, the power is low relatively, therefore, the energy flow line is disconnected. This situation may also exist in the energy flow line of the load, grid, and battery.
Q: How to set up the electricity price?

A: You can click on the electricity price setting on the configuration interface to set this up. You can also select the "Cumulative Income" option on the home page of the APP to enter the "Generation Income" page, and click the "Electricity Price Setti
